Treats in store inside the Tastes of Ayrshire Food and Drink Festival Marquee and across the Museum Courtyard will include baking from All That’s Delicious and Little Birdhouse Bakes, preserves from Everything Chilli and Crofters Larder as well as savoury delights from Auchengree Farm Shop, Wee Broon Hens, Ballochmyle Fine Cheese, Ayrshire Wee Fish Van, Taste of New Mexico and Blackthorn Salt.
The sweet toothed will also find goodies from Schkolat to wash down with delicious hot drinks from Ground Prestwick.
As well as the fabulous food and drink, visitors of all ages will also enjoy chef demonstrations taking place at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30. With music from Crofters Arran in between demonstrations and lots of family fun including Clydesdale Horses and carts
Tours with Tasting History Scotland’s popular Carters & Coastal Culture Tour at 11am & 3pm. The Tour, which runs along Irvine Harbourside, shines a light on Ayrshire’s ‘Food Journey’ from the past to present. Please email Janet Martin info@tastinghistoryscotland.com for more information.
