“Flukes and Tails”. Theodore’s passion for collecting fish leads him to find a tiny creature inside a shell. He wants to add this beautiful creature to his collection but soon learns that Oceanne the mermaid cannot be ‘collected’. From here, we will be able to let our imaginations run free and decorate our own mermaid tail (also referred to as a fluke) templates as we please.
