M.V. KYLES, a coaster built in 1872 and used to transport goods &

cargoes "doon the watter".

Clydebuilt at Braehead enjoys one of the most accessible locations in west central Scotland, conveniently located off junction 26 (eastbound) and junction 25a (westbound) off the M8 motorway.

The closest car park to Clydebuilt is the GREEN car park, all parking at the centre is free.

Public Transport links are amply provided with a comprehensive bus service from Braehead’s own bus station (more information 0871 200 2233 / 0141 885 2646), a taxi rank and free car parking close to the museum.

The River Link service from Braehead to the Broomielaw via the Science Centre runs Wednesday - Sunday with four sailings a day, starting at 10.15am from Clydebuilt. For more information please go to - River Link Service
